She returned unable to find a member of staff. My Mum then started wandering round the whole warehouse, trying to find a member of staff. We had no choice but to ask again, because of our valuables such as car keys. I have never experienced any difficulty closing, locking and opening a locker. At this point, I felt embarrassed to ask again. I tried to do this for another 2-3 minutes. After 2-3 minutes of trying to get one to lock, we asked for help at reception. I never ended up actually finding it, because I became sidetracked by the fact I had two small children repeatedly asking me when they were allowed to go and jump, while I was trying to secure our valuables. When I asked about how I could validate parking, the man on reception just waved and said it was in the other room. When we arrived we had no idea where to go or anything was.
